PTO-PARENT TEACHER ORGANIZATION
VISION STATEMENT
The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) believes that learning best occurs when teachers have the support and resources that they need, parents have the opportunities to be involved in the school and students have what is being taught at school reinforced effectively at home. To that end the PTO exists as a fundraising and resource organization. Funds that are raised through PTO efforts will be used to fund programs, educational contents, fulfill “wish lists” of teachers and other activities as determined by the board. The PTO will also act as a resource to reduce the impact that poverty has on the parents, home, and students by offering educational and enrichment programs to all Hibbard School parents, guardians and children.

3. Child Enrichment Programs
